Quantity Surveyor/Project Managers
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must be familiar with JCT and forms of Contract
• Sound technical knowledge and analytical skills in construction works
• Comprehend in construction material pricing and its availability and sources
• Able to prepare tender for project documents, dealing with suppliers and sub-contractors within the given time
• Good command in both written and spoken English
• Self motivated, able to work independently, and experience in handling projects including coordination, timeline scheduling, quality control, supervision and dealing with vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors, client, consultant and local authorities

Responsibilities :

• To manage in taking off, BQ & materials, tender document preparation, cost estimation, progress claims, V.O, evaluation of claims, checking of drawings & consultant coordination, etc
• Management of project costing including payment claim, variations and final account
• Establish database for cost, materials and supply sources
• Analyze / evaluate tender submissions and prepare tender report
• Coordinate with consultants on drawing preparation and tender documentations to ensure timely award of tenders and review tenders for conformity to contract requirements
• Attend site meetings, liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and various authorities
